The Manomet Mystery Riders was formed in November of 1999 by a family oriented group of motorcycle enthusiasts. They gathered on Sunday mornings for a fun ride to a location determined by the leader of the day, the destination was a "mystery" to most of the riders.

The Manomet Mystery Riders was so named for its location and their destinations. The group meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the John Alden Sportsman Club (JASC), off Beaver Dam Road, in the Manomet section of Plymouth. .

The bikes made up of all different makes and models can be found traveling the roadways of the South Shore from Quincy to the tip of Cape Cod.

Many times we are participating in charitable runs for local needy causes for which we have helped to raise money. We also sponsor our own charitable events such as donating meals at Thanksgiving and providing "Christmas" for families who are not able to, complete with our own Santa!
